Yesterday I received a Radio Rossii program on 1215 kHz. This frequency is not listed in the WRTH or MWLIST but it used to be in use by Radio Transmitting Centre 5 in Kaliningrad.
Mr. Andrey Molokov confirmed my report in a day with a f/d eQSL which indeed suggests it was the Kaliningrad RTC5 that was active with 150 kW. Mr. Molokov acts as QSL manager and can be reached via andrey_hamradio[at]mail.ru .
Hello friend! Could you specify Mr. Andrey’s email, please? Unfortunately it wasn’t clear in the post. Thank you very much in advance for your attention. 73’s from Brazil!
Hi José:
Andrey_hamradio[at]mail.ru or Andrey_hamradio@mail.ru .
Can’t make it any clearer.
73s Peter
Good to have Mr. Molokov’s email. Just written a signal report, wondering if he still replies or if he’s so inundated with reports that he’s stopped doing so.
:))
Hello Peter,
my reception report on 1215 kHz is under way.
Got two French NDBs verified, albeit without QSL, (they do not have any) but by email.
CVT on 347 kHz and VAT on 367 kHz both use 25 W transmitters in CW at Chalons-Vatry Airport, which I listened to via the Twente SDR. According to verifier Pierre Ayot, they have used solar power for these transmitters for 25 years.

Hongkong Volmet answered within hours for a RR on 13,282 kHz for a 5 min bc 1645-1650 UTC. QSL letter attached to email and comment that there will be one sent by ordinary post.
Nice encouragement for me. Hongkong is a new EDXC country for me, if it still counts as a separate entity in 2024.
Kind regards,
Joé
